By downloading or using the Durak app (the "App"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Nature of the Service

Durak is a reminder app that runs entirely on your device and sends you a notification/alarm when you arrive at a selected location or category. The App is not an emergency, safety, or health service.

2. User Responsibilities

• You must use the App only for lawful purposes.
• The accuracy and timing of reminders depend on your device, permissions, and the state of location services.
• You should not rely on the App alone for critical tasks (medication, safety, etc.).

3. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for damages arising from use of the App, including missed or delayed reminders.

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its content are the property of the developer and the respective licensors.

5. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms take effect when posted on this page.
